Our Story & Mission

Our company was founded from personal experience. When my father began trucking, he operated under another company’s authority and struggled to earn the income he deserved. Seeing the challenges he faced, I helped him start his own trucking company and took over the dispatching side of the business. Today, I still dispatch for him, and his success inspired us to help other owner-operators build profitable, independent trucking businesses.

Our Values

At the core of our business are integrity, reliability, and a commitment to our carriers’ success. We believe in honest communication, dependable service, and treating every client’s business as if it were our own. Through hard work, respect, and a focus on excellence, we strive to help owner-operators and small fleets grow their businesses, maximize profitability, and navigate the trucking industry with confidence.

How Our Dispatch Process Works

Our dispatch process begins with a simple carrier onboarding process. Carriers can complete the required setup form on our Carrier Setup page and submit the necessary documentation to get started. Once approved, we learn about your equipment, preferred lanes, and business goals so we can find loads that fit your operation. From freight market analysis and load sourcing to rate negotiation, dispatch coordination, and paperwork management, we handle the day-to-day logistics while providing ongoing support to help keep your truck moving and your business growing.

Why Carriers Choose Us

Dedicated Dispatch Support

Unlike large dispatching companies that treat carriers like a number, we provide personalized, one-on-one support tailored to your business. We take the time to understand your goals, preferred freight, and operating style so we can find the best opportunities for your truck. From load planning and broker communication to real-time assistance on the road, we’re committed to being a reliable partner you can count on every day.

Strong Rate Negotiation

Securing the right rate can make a significant difference in a carrier’s profitability. We leverage our market knowledge and negotiation skills to work directly with brokers and pursue competitive rates on every load. Our goal is to help maximize your earnings while ensuring the freight aligns with your schedule, equipment, and business goals.

Time Savings

Running a trucking business involves more than just driving. Between searching for loads, negotiating rates, managing paperwork, and communicating with brokers, valuable time can quickly be lost. We handle these responsibilities for you, allowing you to stay focused on the road while we work behind the scenes to keep your schedule full and your operation running efficiently.

Broker Communication Management

Effective communication with brokers is essential to keeping operations running smoothly. We handle broker correspondence on your behalf, from load inquiries and rate negotiations to appointment scheduling and issue resolution. By serving as your direct point of contact, we help reduce distractions, prevent miscommunication, and ensure you’re always informed and prepared for your next load.

Route Planning Assistance

Smart route planning can improve efficiency and increase profitability. We help coordinate loads with your preferred lanes, delivery schedules, and operational goals in mind, minimizing unnecessary deadhead miles whenever possible. By planning ahead and keeping your schedule organized, we help you make the most of your time on the road.

Administrative Support

Managing the paperwork behind every load can be time-consuming and overwhelming. We provide administrative support by assisting with load confirmations, broker packets, dispatch paperwork, and other essential documentation. Our goal is to help keep your records organized and your operation running smoothly, so you can focus on driving and growing your business.
