I have firsthand experience in the trucking industry, and I personally manage all dispatching services, from finding and booking loads to negotiating rates and coordinating with brokers. Our back-office support is proudly family-managed by the Fisher Family, providing reliable administrative assistance and paperwork management to keep your business running smoothly. 

Erick R. Fisher – Back End Support

Back-end support provides the operational support that keeps your trucking business running efficiently. From handling carrier packets, broker setup, invoicing, and paperwork management to tracking payments and maintaining compliance records, we take care of the details behind the scenes.

Our Story & Mission

Our company was founded from personal experience. When my father began trucking, he operated under another company’s authority and struggled to earn the income he deserved. Seeing the challenges he faced, I helped him start his own trucking company and took over the dispatching side of the business. Today, I still dispatch for him, and his success inspired us to help other owner-operators build profitable, independent trucking businesses.
